Terms and Conditions 9kis – Platform Usage Guidelines

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for or using any part of the 9kis platform – whether via the website, mobile app or any other interface provided – you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all related policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the 9kis platform. Continued use following any amendment to the terms shall be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are in Bahasa Melayu as the official language. Should any translation into another language exist, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail in any dispute.

02 Member Eligibility

To register and use 9kis services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not included in any category of individuals prohibited by laws or regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Has never had an account terminated by 9kis previously for fraud or terms violation.
• Register under your own name and not on behalf of another person.

9kis reserves the right to decline registration applications or terminate existing accounts without stating reasons if we have reasonable grounds to believe that eligibility requirements have not been met.

03 Account Registration

The 9kis account registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. All information provided during registration and subsequent updates must be truthful and verifiable.

• Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any time. Registration of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The name registered must match the name on your official identification document.
• The phone number and email address provided must be active and belong to you.
• Your account password is entirely your responsibility. Use a strong password and never share it with anyone.
• 9kis will never ask for your password via email, live chat or phone call.
• Any activity that occurs within your account is your responsibility unless you promptly report unauthorized access to us.

Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal is processed. Accepted documents include a valid national ID, passport, or driver's license. This process is solely to ensure the security of your account and to prevent fraud.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

9kis supports a variety of Malaysian local payment methods including bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and more), e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost) and USDT digital assets. All transactions must use a payment method registered in your own name.

• The minimum deposit is RM 20 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method and verification requirements.
• Your first withdrawal requires completion of full KYC verification before it can be processed.
• 9kis reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for any withdrawal request that exceeds certain limits.
• Any withdrawal to an account or payment method not in your name will not be processed.
• Transactions suspected of involving money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be suspended immediately.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

9kis offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, reload offers and a VIP programme. Each offer has its own terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotions page.

• All bonuses are subject to specified wagering requirements and must be fulfilled within the stated time period.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per offer unless otherwise stated.
• Use of multiple accounts, false information, or any form of bonus system abuse will result in cancellation of all bonuses and account termination.
• 9kis reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Winnings from free spins or certain bonuses may be subject to a maximum withdrawal limit as stated in the promotion terms.
• In the event of any conflict, the specific terms of the promotion shall apply.

06 Game Rules

All games offered on the 9kis platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or real live dealers for Live Casino games. The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a verifiable technical error.

• The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game can be viewed on the respective game information page.

• In the event of a technical disruption during a game, 9kis reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to your account balance.

07 Prohibitions & Restrictions

9kis platform users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Registering for or using an account in another person's name without verifiable legal authorisation.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Transferring funds between player accounts without 9kis's authorisation.
• Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
• Launching cyberattacks, hacking attempts or any effort to disrupt platform operations.
• Colluding with other players to cheat the system or exploit game vulnerabilities.
• Distributing harmful, threatening, or offensive content through any communication channel on the platform.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geographical restrictions.

08 Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting the 9kis customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days, subject to the completion of any active game rounds and the processing of any remaining balance withdrawals.

9kis reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms in this document or related policies.
• Facilitating or endorsing fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to meet KYC requirements within the specified timeframe.
• Use of multiple accounts or abuse of the bonus system.
• Instructions from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.

If an account is terminated due to a terms violation, 9kis reserves the right to hold the account balance while an investigation is conducted. If the investigation confirms no wrongdoing, the valid balance will be returned to you.

09 Liability Limits

The 9kis platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure uninterrupted and error-free service, we cannot guarantee this at all times.

• 9kis is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• 9kis is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your password.
• In the event of technical disruptions caused by third parties (game providers, payment gateways), 9kis's liability is limited solely to the refund of the affected wager amount.
• 9kis is not responsible for any taxes or charges that may be imposed on your winnings by tax authorities.

9kis's maximum liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits you made in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Responsible Gaming

9kis cares deeply about the well-being of our players. We believe gambling should remain a form of fun entertainment and must never become a source of financial stress or personal hardship.

• Daily, weekly and monthly deposit limit tools are available in your account settings.
• A temporary account cooling-off period ranging from 24 hours to 6 months can be activated through customer support.

Continued use of the 9kis platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of that amendment. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you have the right to close your account before the amendment takes effect.
